Struggling With Weight and Fatigue—Even Though Your Labs Are “Normal”?

A comprehensive, non-clinical approach to understanding stubborn weight changes and ongoing fatigue in midlife women—using functional lab education and personalized lifestyle guidance.

Non-clinical, educational wellness services.

This work may be a fit for you if:

  • You’re exhausted most days, even when you’re eating “clean”

  • Your weight has shifted and nothing seems to work the way it used to

  • You’ve been told your labs are normal—but you don’t feel normal

  • You feel frustrated, dismissed, or blamed when you ask for answers

  • You’re tired of dieting, extremes, and guessing

  • You want understanding, not another plan to “try harder”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.

A Different Way to Look at Weight and Energy

For many women in midlife, stubborn weight changes and fatigue aren’t about discipline or motivation. They’re often connected to deeper patterns involving stress, sleep, digestion, nutrient demand, hormone shifts, and nervous system regulation—areas that standard testing doesn’t always explore in a meaningful way.

Rather than focusing on calories or willpower, this approach looks at the whole picture.

I use functional lab data as an educational tool to help women better understand what may be contributing to how they feel. From there, we build personalized, sustainable strategies that support energy, balance, and long-term wellness—without restriction or guesswork.

How We Work Together

A clear, structured process designed for women ready for answers — not quick fixes.

1. Apply
We begin with a private application. This helps determine whether this level of investigative support is the right fit for your goals and symptoms.

Due to the depth of this work, only a limited number of women are accepted each quarter.

2. Health Strategy Consultation
If approved, you’ll be invited to a 60-minute Health Strategy Consultation.

This focused conversation allows us to review your history, identify patterns, and determine the most aligned next steps.

This is not a surface-level discovery call — it’s a strategic evaluation.

3. Investigate & Personalize
If we move forward, we use advanced functional lab education and structured support to explore:

• Stress & cortisol patterns

• Thyroid conversion

• Blood sugar stability

• Digestive and inflammatory stressors

4. Personalized Strategy & Ongoing Support
From there, you receive a personalized, sustainable plan designed to restore clarity and resilience.

This is collaborative, precise, and designed for long-term change — not temporary symptom management.

What Makes This Different

  • Focus on understanding, not blaming

  • Data used for insight, not diagnosis

  • No restrictive dieting or extremes

  • Supportive, whole-person perspective

  • Designed specifically for women in midlife

Dr. G earned her MD and later expanded her training into Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and board-certified health and wellness coaching after seeing how often women were told their symptoms were “normal” or unexplained.

Today, she works with women in midlife who are struggling with weight changes and fatigue despite doing everything they’ve been told is “right.” Her work centers on education, clarity, and personalized support—helping clients better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable lifestyle choices.

“I believe women deserve clarity and context—not dismissal—when their bodies change.”
